We are led by June Venters QC who has specialised in the fields of Family and Criminal law throughout her entire career and who has been a duty solicitor and who sits as a Recorder in the Crown Court.

We respect the right of the individual to defend him or herself against the State.

Whatever the outcome, we will have ensured that all aspects of the prosecution case have been properly and fully considered and if appropriate, challenged and that our client's interests have been fully protected in so far as the law permits us to do so.

We now only represent criminal clients on a private fee paying basis because we recognise that many people feel dissatisfied with the service they receive from solicitors when their cases are funded by the legal aid scheme.

Where asked to act on a private basis we are always prepared to discuss our fees and will work with the client to keep the costs within a reasonable range.

We can also provide tailored services advising clients on running their own matters.
