"Preparing a case for Magistrates Courts, Crown Court or a Court of Appeal"

Preparing a case for Court requires expertise and will include some or all of the following:

  • Assisting you to apply for legal aid
  • Receiving and Considering the Prosecution evidence
  • Advising you in the light of the Prosecution evidence
  • Receiving your instructions
  • Interviewing witnesses
  • Instructing experts on your behalf
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Advising you in relation to sentence and appeal

Magistrates Courts

Our dedicated team of criminal law experts will prepare your case and arrange for you to be appropriately represented.

Crown Court:

If your case is serious and complex we are able to put in place a team of criminal law experts to assist with the preparation of your case as well as arranging for you to be represented by a Barrister and if sufficiently serious, by a Queen's Counsel which is a Barrister who has been awarded this title based on his or her competence and experience. They only undertake the most serious of cases.

Court of Appeal

Advising in relation to conviction or sentence and arranging representation.
